Presenter: Matt Reed
Matt has been involved with buying, rehabbing and renting single family homes in the Cleveland, Ohio market for over 20 years. After graduating from Cleveland State University with a degree in Finance, Matt started purchasing and renovating single-family homes. Matt built up a large portfolio of rental homes but wanted to develop a better system that removed the daily tenant headaches that are associate with rental properties. Matt began to develop "The Rent-to_Own Solution" and has systematized the rent-to-own blueprint for success over the last 12 years. He has structured several hundred lease to own contracts and now focuses his time working with sellers that want to sell, and buyers, that need time to improve their credit to purchase a home. Matt has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the rent-to-own sales process and looks forward to helping investors add this very profitable niche to their business model.
