We are an organization that elevates what it means to be landlord. Because educated landlords make for safe, secure homes where families can thrive.
raised to protect toledo families
From an unconstitutional lead law that would have endangered families in multi unit buildings while crippling the resources landlords use to ensure safe, and well kept homes for tenants.
Means that Toledo PIN has a vested interest in the well being of families renting throughout the Toledo area.
