January Main Meeting

We had a strong start to the new year with our speaker, Jim Moody!

He gave an entertaining and practical presentation demonstrating how it is possible to get started in real estate even if you don’t have ANY money.

Jim showed us ways to find properties, what type of team to put together, business plan and even contact information of some of his favorite lenders.

Jim’s big take away was that “It doesn’t matter how much money everyone else makes on the deal if you are reaching your financial goal.”

February Main Meeting

Are you a housing provider that has run into issues with zoning and building codes or what inspections/permits you need to have done? We have a speaker from the city of Toledo that is going to answer all of your questions!

As an added bonus we will also have a speaker that will be talking about the Master Leases! Master leasing is a concept that allows people to get into real estate investing with a lot of the benefits while reducing many of the risks and necessary capital of investing in more traditional ways. It is a fantastic way for new investors just getting started to get into the game and offers a great tool for my experienced investors to expand their holdings and cash flow. You can get into the business with a laptop and cell phone using coffee shops as meeting places. It will be a presentation you will not want to miss.
